Don't forget to include the following information on your order.  Customer /card holders Name  Address including post code  Day time contact telephone number  Quantity and description of item you wish to order, use item code from site if possible. Delivery costs are worked out on an individual order basis please phone to find out actual delivery costs.  Minimum delivery £6.00 + VAT (£7.05) by courier Enclose cheque with order or credit card details.
Delivery/Collection of Goods
Delivery charged at City Link courier rates for next working day service.  Minimum delivery £6.00 +VAT (£7.05).  For some very small, very light and inexpensive items we may be able to dispatch them by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (Minimum £3+VAT)  (this is not a guaranteed service and may take several days) We are not a shop and do not accept public callers.  We only accept Trade & business customers as callers and collections can only be made by prior arrangement.  Call before travelling to avoid disappointment. We do not provide a C.O.D Service. For deliveries to non Mainland UK please phone for quote on delivery costs.  Retail export scheme forms are available from us if reclaiming VAT i.e. taking goods outside the E.E.C etc.

By Cheque	Personal & company cheques are accepted, but allow 5 days for clearance before goods are dispatched.
Account Basis	30 day accounts are only available to government organisations, registered charities, education establishments or those companies which we have had a long trading history with.
Trade discounts	Only available when ordering in quantity.  Prices are by negotiation.  There is no fixed pricing structure and the reduction depends on the item and quantity required and the availability of that item.

• Our new e-commerce site allows you to order on-line with the knowledge that your credit card details are secure.  It uses NetBenefit's Secure Server and Secure Form technology  to do this, for more information on NetBenefit services please click here.  
• The site makes use of "cookies" which means that if you are in the middle of an order and you wish to exit the site to look at another site and then return to our site your shopping basket is not lost.  Once you exit your browser the shopping basket is lost.  
• Everyday the site is automatically generated from our own internal accounting and stock control system.  This will mean that the site will be more up to date than ever before.

How to order on line

1. Select the item you want to order by clicking the category on the left hand side and following the simple menu structure until you find the exact item you want to purchase.  At the item level you will be able to type in the quantity you wish to order followed by clicking on the Buy Product button.  This places the item in your shopping basket, you may continue shopping and adding other items to your shopping basket until you are ready to place your order.
2. On all the product and menu pages you will find four buttons, "Change Quantity", "Delete Item", "Continue shopping" and "Checkout".  Change quantity allows you to view your shopping basket and change quantities.  "Delete Item" allows you to view the shopping basket and delete items.  "Continue shopping" allows you to return to the home page and continue.  "Checkout" allows you to place your order and pay for it.
3. When you have selected all your items and wish to place your order press the  "Checkout" button.  This takes you to the order form which requests personal information such as name and address.  Once you have completed this form and checked the contents of your shopping basket click the "Calculate Postage & continue" button.  
4. The next page shows you the total cost including VAT & delivery.  To proceed press the button "Proceed to Secure Server".  This takes you into the Secure server where you are asked for credit card or debit card numbers.  Finally submit your order by pressing the Submit Order button.  At any stage prior to this point in the order process no information has been passed to Saturn Computers.
5. Please ensure you have entered valid card details and a valid email address. Once we have received and processed your order we will email you a Proforma Invoice which will confirm our acceptance of your order.  Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with the order, we aim to dispatch 95% of items the same day as the order is received.  Please note that the cut-off  time for web orders is 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).  If the order is received after 3pm we will endeavour to still dispatch same day, it all depends on how busy our dispatch department is. 

Notes on ordering

1. Occasionally against an item,  next to the quantity order box, you may see an information message appearing which will either say  "Last Few" or "Call for availability".  Each day the site is updated with actual stock levels, if we only have a few of an item left we print the "Last Few" message, if we are temporarily out of stock or stock has been allocated elsewhere, then the message "Temporarily out of stock" will appear.  If it is critical that you receive the goods immediately then we suggest you contact us by phone to ensure we can meet your timescales.  Otherwise you can place the order and we will inform you of any delays by email.
2. All promotions are subject to availability and inventory.  Saturn Computers Ltd  reserves the right to change, alter, or cancel promotions at any time without notice.
3. Pictures may differ from products actually supplied and are for illustrative purposes only. 
4. Goods are not supplied on a trial basis.
5. If items are returned for restocking a charge will apply see terms and conditions.

Delivery 

1. You will see that delivery charges are calculated on-line, this is achieved by a rather complicated algorithm which uses both volumetric and actual weight to determine the correct cost of delivery.   We use City Link couriers who will deliver your order next working day best endeavors. For special deliveries outside of mainland UK, Saturdays or timed deliveries please contact our office by telephone or email who will quote you the correct cost of delivery.
2. For very small, light inexpensive items you will notice that you have the ability to choose between delivery by courier and Royal Mail.  The Royal Mail delivery option is not shown unless your order conforms to the required parameters.  Royal Mail deliveries are not guaranteed and may take several days to a week to be delivered, if you want your goods in a hurry choose the courier option and pay a little more.
