Industry Standard	The Compaq Netelligent 10 T PCI Intel UTP Controller delivers industry-standard drivers that are compatible with both Compaq and Intel Ethernet NICs.
Performance	The Compaq Netelligent 10 T PCI Intel UTP Controller provides plug-and-play capability for conflict-free auto configuration and easy installation. Full duplex support allows the controller to transmit and receive data simultaneously for improved aggregate data rates up to 20Mb/s.
Management	The Compaq Netelligent 10 T PCI Intel UTP Controller offers standard SNMP MIB support as well as SmartStart support for Compaq server installation. Remotely monitor activity with Compaq Insight Manager1 (CIM) or any SNMP management software.
Redundancy	The Network Fault Tolerance feature enables the Compaq Netelligent 10 T PCI Intel UTP Controller to keep an active link by automatically switching to a backup NIC if a network connection fails.
Boot ROM Support	There is a socket on the Compaq Netelligent 10 T PCI Intel UTP Controller for Boot ROM capability². Boot ROM support allows diskless workstations to connect to the network, increasing security and lowering the cost of hardware.
Ease of Use	SmartStart support enables users of Compaq servers to easily install this controller on any Compaq system by integrating the installation of the controller into the setup of the operating system and machine.
Diagnostic LEDs	Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) indicate link and network activity for easy installation and at-a-glance troubleshooting.
